Art Springs Back into Action
Art in Action will return to Mack’s Apple Farm on Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th 2013, from 10am-5pm
This event provides artists with the opportunity to demonstrate their artistic process, interact with the public as they work and display finished pieces for sale. Sponsored by the Londonderry Arts Council (LAC) and Mack’s Apple Farm Market, the show features two-dimensional art: oil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, pen and ink, colored pencil and mixed media.
Art in Action showcases the following artists: Bedford – Mark Pimental; Derry – Sharon Allen, Corinne Dodge, Susan Monty, Ingeborg Seaboyer, John Sweeney & Elissa Tombarello; E. Hampstead – Elizabeth Lewandowski; East Kingston – Heather Crowley; Londonderry – Tom Abruzese, Susan E. Hanna, Barbara Scott, Dean Sheldon, Steven Sullivan & Jason Williams; Manchester – Maria Williams; Milford – Marilyn Heaps; Salem – Barbara Barkley, Tina Gagnon & Debra Grubbs; Sandown – Sandra Garrigan; Windham – Patricia Crowley & Lili Mayer; Lowell, MA – Brendan Keegan and Pepperill, MA – Tamara Gonda.
This spring LAC is sponsoring booths for Londonderry High School art students Mary Espaillat, Kailey Martin & Kai Volkers. Also participating as Living Statues in period dress from LHS are Kailey Martin, Morgan McGrath, Mary Espaillat, Brad Humphreys, Corey Hart, Cooper Binette, Brianna Nowicki, Anna Shveshkeyev & Nora Lane. Weather permitting the students will be featured in front of the market both mornings from 10 AM to noon.
